Nomination Form 

Please Note!
- Nominations are to be prepaid a week before the event is to run. No money will be accepted on day of event.
- Nominations are to be paid one transactions per team.
- When paying nomination fee via Bank Transfer please use captions name as reference.
- Open nomination fee is $15 per rider per run and is to be paid in full in one bank transfer. 
- Junior / Youth nomination fee will be $10 per rider per run.
- Each rider is to have a maximum of 10 runs per day.
- If team is absent on day of event, nominations will be refunded minus cattle levy.
- Secretary will send you a message informing you if your nomination has been accepted, if you have not received a message by Thursday before event please send an email inquiring.
- All our events start at 8am in the morning and there will be a copy of the draw posted on our Facebook page by the latest Friday night prior to event.
- If a Junior or Youth aged rider is riding up in the open division, then they are required to pay open nomination fee of $15 as they will be entitled to open division prize money if that team is to win.
- If you do not have a full team of junior or youth ages riders but wish to have them compete in the junior or youth division, please nominate only the members in that division and we will do our best to make a team.
