9. I wish to propose a motion that for the trial period (suggest 2 club days), members that don’t have a team may nominate as a single for a mandatory 5 runs with full payment, and that the nominating secretary will put them in a team of 3 riders in their division, in sequential order of entries as they come in.Also, should there be an extra rider nominated over the teams of 3, the executive may approach other riders to compete with that rider, but should the team then be in line for prize money, the appointed riders are ineligible as they have not been required to pay nomination fees on that run.
