1. A motion was put forward by CS that the method of which the encouragement award has been presented is to return to the discretion of the judges, and at the end of the year committee is to do a blind vote on which the end of year encouragement awards is to be given.

 2. A motion was put forward by MS that any yards remaining after committee members are to be left available for club members with first horse in the yard to claim. No holds including buckets, halters and feed drums.
