MANILLA TEAM PENNING
Last Sunday Manilla Team Penning held an Arena Sorting Day, the day
started with a very threatening grey sky but once again we were lucky
to complete our day with no rain.
Many thanks to the Russell family for donating our cattle for our day,
with the cattle proving to be a little tricky for many of our riders
with only a few teams managing to get the ten head of cattle through the gate in the two minute time limit, with the rest of us having fun trying.
The Lions Club did a great job catering for our day, the Red Cross Ladies gave us a hand and James Nixon came and took some great photos, thank you all.
Thank you also to the club members who stepped up to help with announcing and timekeeping.
